Article 4 : delivery and Delivery charges
To cause to be delivered, the User has the free choice between home delivery, delivery at the place of work or at any other address stipulated in the order.
At home or at any other address : If the User is not present, then a notice is left in his mailbox, if applicable, except for the delivery with Cocolis for articles that are bulky and heavy, an appointment will be fixed on the phone with the delivery driver.
Section 4.1 : delivery Time
The order is being shipped to the User on the same day if the order has been placed prior to 11AM in the morning, except in cases of force majeure that could delay the delivery. Attention, all orders placed after Friday 15: 00 will not be sent until Monday of the following week. This time can be lengthened to 24 hours period of sale or any other promotional operation. If a delay is likely to intervene in the delivery, Storms Home undertakes to inform the User more quickly. Storms Home will then contact the carrier to open an investigation, it being specified that the period of investigation for delivery can be long. In the event of an extended delay of the delivery, the User is prompted to report it quickly to customer service Storms Home through the mail email@example.com.
In the case of delivery periods of more than 7 days from the expected date of delivery, the Customer is entitled to cancel his / her order.
Article 4.2 : Costs of delivery
You have the choice between two modes of delivery :
Home delivery : packages are delivered to the home within 24 hours to 72 hours depending on the carrier* the amount of the delivery depends on the items ordered according to the weight and dimensions ( details on the order confirmation), the choice of carrier is made by the customer to the order confirmation. However, some carriers such as Chronopost, Colissimo and UPS have a maximum limit in relation to the weight and dimensions of the products. Carriers home with which we have been shipping Chronopost, Colissimo,UPS, and Cocolis (insured by MAIF). Orders shipped with Cocolis are only the heaviest items and bulky non-shippable with the other carriers mentioned above
Global Relay: packages are delivered to the relay point selected when placing the order in a time-frame of 48 to 72 hours . this delivery is billed according to the weight and size of products ordered ( details on the order confirmation), however, Global Relay has a maximum limit of weight and dimensions, therefore, Global Relay will not be available for all products in our catalog.
For shipments outside the European union, the costs of customs clearance are not supported.
Article 4.3 : reserve Clause
The products remain the property of Storm Home until the complete payment of the price of the order. However, after the receipt of the order at the User or at the point of sale selected by the customer, the risk of the delivered goods are transferred to the User.
